I just wanted to thank your staff for a great experience in getting our FPE panel replaced. Gary and John were expediant in getting our project started and finished in a single day w/o any surprises in scope or cost. We signed up with another electrical contractor earlier in the year and were skeptical of the quoted charges for completing the project. Your company was far below their charge and your electricians offered a wealth of information that left my family very comfortable and confident with the newly installed panel. 5 star service in my opinion and we will be calling you again if needed, as well as recommending your services to others.

We had lost all phone and Internet service in addition to major processing and imaging equiptment.Arrow sent someone here within one hour. Their service technician was prompt, polite, professional, and thorough. He diagnosed the problem and got the replacement part right away. He was very careful to go throughout our facility and warn everyone who still had power to turn their systems off in order to bring the power back up a little at a time to insure no lost data and no further mishaps. I'm lucky to have chosen them during this crisis - but now I know who to call next time I need electrical work. They are reasonably priced and professional. Highly recommended.

(Full Review) I was very pleased with the appearance of the technician and his concern for keeping the house clean by wearing the blue shoe covers....big hit with my wife. Jason was quick to determine the problem that had stumped this want-a-be electrician. The wiring in my house is really weird but presented no problem for Jason. I loved the fact he was on time, clean, and very knowledgeable. I will no longer beat my brains out trying to fix something myself...I'll just call Arrow.

I had a very unfortunate electrical situation at my house on a Friday afternoon - a huge surge came and really messed up my electrical wiring. I called Arrow Electric. Vee the operator was very sympathetic, helpful and friendly, and she expedited service to me. Mark, a master technician, came out to the house within an hour. He worked to assess the situation and make it safe. Work continued on Saturday by Jason another dedicated technician. Both Jason and Mark gave excellent customer service, they were knowledgable and explained things in terms that I could understand without being condescending. They worked till the job was done to the highest standard. In a world where customer service and high standards seem hard to come by, Arrow electric, Mark, Jason and Vee, exceeded my expectations.

What made me want to rate this company was due to exceptional customer service that I got almost a month after the rewiring service - I called the technician for advice about an addition to my house, and he came out the very next day - no charge - I thought that was above and beyond the normal service.
